Starting as a Systems Administrator focused on incident management and business continuity, his curiosity about cloud environments led him to work with AWS and Azure, managing provisioning and security challenges. He discovered his passion through automation and infrastructure-as-code approaches.

Daily Responsibilities

A typical day for Ramal involves reviewing DevOps tickets, addressing urgent issues, optimising Kubernetes clusters, enhancing deployment pipelines, and attending project meetings. He balances firefighting critical problems with proactive infrastructure improvements and cost optimisation.
