"SMS is a new feature that Medical Wizard have included in their new update. I would recommend this feature to companies looking for a reliable and professional way of communicating with their customers. What we have noticed at Digestive Health is that our staff can now focus on answering incoming calls. Previously it took 1 to 1½ hours to confirm the patients for their future appointments depending on the lists. Using the SMS module it now only takes about 3 minutes. It is a very simple process.
